Batcher in Charge

Seeking a reliable Front End Loader / Batch Plant Operator to join a leading Australian construction materials provider. This role splits time between heavy machinery operation, yard maintenance, and managing day-to-day concrete batching operations.

Your Day Involves:

• Loader Operation: Safely operating a front-end loader for material stockpiling and yard maintenance.

• Batching & Dispatch: Batching concrete orders to specific mix designs and allocating trucks for smooth site logistics.

• Administration: Handling essential daily plant paperwork and computer inputs.

• Housekeeping: Ensuring general yard cleanliness and basic plant maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mandatory: Current, valid Front-End Loader (LL) Ticket (non-negotiable).

• Skills: Sound computer literacy and well-developed communication skills.

• Safety & Culture: A strong commitment to workplace safety and a motivated, team-first attitude.

• Experience: Concrete or batching industry experience is highly desirable, but full training will be provided for the right ticketed operator.
